Although the offseason has just begun, the AGSL board is already looking ahead to 2024. We are seeking passionate and dedicated volunteers to fill four anticipated openings on the board for 2024 to help us continue to grow the program:

1. Secretary/Clerk

• Record and maintain records of all board proceedings
• Works with the board to develop meeting agenda

2. Training/Developmental Coordinator

• Coordinate coaching training and player skills clinics
• Ensure consistency of instruction across the organization
• Work with newer coaches to provide practice plans and ensure players are given effective instruction

3. Majors Division (5th/6th Grade) Coordinator

• Serve as point person for the Majors Division in the Spring Season
• Recruit head coaches
• Work with neighboring towns to schedule games 
• Work with coaches with game cancellations and rescheduling as needed
• Facilitate the communication between coaches, players, and parents 

4. Tee Ball Division (PreK/K) Coordinator

• Serve as point person for the Tee Ball Division in the Spring Season
• Recruit parent volunteers
• Develop and oversee practice plans 
• Develop schedules and communicate those to parents
