What Is the Warriors Softball Club?
The Warriors Softball Club is rooted in the heart of the Merrimack Valley with its home base in Andover. We are a non-profit, competitive softball club that practices throughout the winter in preparation for five to six tournaments during the 2023 Spring/Summer season.

Beyond the games, our club believes in developing young female athletes mentally and physically while bringing their softball skills to the competitive level. Our Warrior coaching staff prides itself on offering skill-specific instructors on defense, hitting, pitching, catching, and overhand throwing to unlock our players’ ultimate potentials. The Warrior player is team-oriented, dedicated, and a well-rounded athlete.

  • Off-season practices focused on player skill set
  • Off-season strength & conditioning sessions [NEW for 2023]
  • Pitchers & catchers skill-specific instruction [NEW for 2023]

  • Summer games
  • Spring & summer practices twice weekly
  • Uniforms & practice gear
  • Optional fall ball season

Coaching Staff
Similar programs hire coaching staff who never coached at a competitive level. The Warriors coaching staff brings expertise in specific target areas of the game, from skills-based to position-specific instruction. Our program is led by both former college athletes in the sport and professionals in organization management. All coaches have experience coaching at a competitive level. Our experienced coaches have proven successful with past organizations and have well-thought-out development plans specific to their teams and age/skill level groups. All head coaches are paid positions and adhere to the established coaching curriculum of the organization.

To be eligible, 14U players will have to be born in 2008 or 2009, and 12U players will have to be born in 2010 and 2011 (or younger).
